Windows 10 Replaced fried motherboard

Replaced a fried ASUS motherboard with a new MSI PROz90-p board. BIOS shows correct drives and boot order (SSD drive first), but only boots into BIOS. F11 during boot shows BIOS as only option. Once it sees the SSD drive, how will I get Windows to activate?
