Windows 11 Reset my PIN

I can access windows by using my password but when I intend to set up facial recognition, by example, the system ask my PIN which I forgot, so the solution is to reset it, but that option is not available, even though I am in the menu, and it is a cycle that repeat and repeat again. To get a new PIN the system asks my PIN which I don't know. Thank you for your help
