RESET PC, BUT WINDOWS DIDN'T RE-INSTALLI opened my laptop and it showed the blue screen with choose an option. Continue Troubleshoot Turn off you PCI followed Microsoft instructions about this but I ended up resetting the laptop because the other solution didn't work. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us...een-84e2cbba-f028-43ff-8df1-0016dc340f3fafter the reset, I clicked on Continue. But it just turned black and go back to the “Choose an Option”.What should I do? Please help me!
