Windows 10 Resetting this PC after System stop code system service exception windows 10

My Window 10 Pro Computer still isn't working after upgrading Nvidia Geforce and none of the advanced options worked.I am now trying to Reset this PC, which is still at 1 %, however it didn't direct me to do this in Safe Mode
