Windows 10 Resetting this PC Stuck at 99%

So I'm selling my old pc to upgrade to a new one and wanted to wipe the hard drive and SSD so I could sell it. I reset the pc and used a cloud download to reinstall windows, and checked the clean data box to completely wipe it. I started that at 11 am yesterday, by about 5pm yesterday it got to 99%, and since then, up until now at 8 am today, it has been stuck at 99%. I've heard of this taking a while but this seems like an extremely long time. Is there anything I should do or just leave it running until it goes through?
