Windows 11 Restart Loop After Restarting During Factory Reset

Hello! I have an Acer Nitro V 16, and it randomly started crashing, so I decided to perform a Factory Reset. It got stuck around 80%, and would not go up any further, so I tried restarting the computer to see if I could restart the reset. Now it's in an infinite restart loop, and whenever I try to access the WinRE screen, it says "undoing changes" under the loading sign, and does not enter WinRE. Please help me with this problem!
