Hello, I updated from Windows 7 to Windows 10 2 days ago, I shutdown my using the "shutdown /s"command due to shutdown from the bottom left acting like restart, after being prompted to restart my pc by Windows Update, I receive the "Your Pc did not start correctly" error, pressing restart everything works fine except for the missing updates from earlier, I place a new folder in desktop then hit restart, it then gave me the same error again, after pressing restart and the desktop opens, the file is gone.( Any restart resets pc, even restarts from "Go back to Windows 7" )os build 19045.2965 22h2
