Windows 11 Restorehealth stuck at 62,3% and a lot of other issue with windows 11

Hi, I've recently buyed a new PC and came across a lot of trouble, currently my biggest is some application randomly crashing or random blue screen.As I already got some problems with windows I tried the sfc /SCANNOW and got a lot of issues :Most of them are "Hashes for file member [l:15]'XXX.dll' do not match" with an expected code and an actual on i've got this for onnxruntime.dll / wuapicore.dll / system.core.ni.dll / webengine4.dll.And for all of them I also got a line "Could not reproject corrupted file", my thoughts was that the Restorehealth command would be able to repair that but that
