Windows 11 Restoring a ONE DRIVE Backup made on a Windows 10 PC to a Windows 11 PC

HelloMy situation in sequence1. I previously made a Backup into the MS Cloud from my Windows PC (OLD, Win10, "DESKTOP - K867D19") using Microsoft ONE DRIVE App2. I purchased a new PC Windows (NEW, Win11)3. I desire to restore the ONE DRIVE Backup File in the MS Cloud onto my NEW PC4. Question: will restoring that Backup file to the NEW PC overlay any Windows 11 Software, Registry or other critical Windows settings on the NEW PC?
