Windows 11 Restrict the ability of standard users (Entra ID) to in-install.programs

Hi,I'm trying to limit an end user from un-uninstalling applications while logged in via an o365 account on a Windows 11 pro machine.The M365 Business premium account is somewhat restricted on the machine (can't install apps without prompt for admin credentials) but the accoint can un-install any apps currently installed.As part of setup, the machine was joined to Entra ID using a device enrollment manager account. The applications were installed via a separate local admin account.Can I limit the ability of the O365 account to un-install the applications currently installed?
