Windows 11 reverting to an older graphics driver

I recently updated my graphics driver to a newer one and now windows 11 is trying to revert it back to an older version. I want to know why when the computer runs a LOT smoother on this new graphics update. Support for Intel® UHD Graphics 630 My computer has a 10th gen core i3 with the intel uhd630. if this is a bug please fix it
