Windows 11 Riff Wireless Headphones not connecting to Windows 11

I have a pair of Skullcandy Riff wireless headphones.They successfully pair to my phone, tablet and old Win10 laptop, but I cannot get them to pair with my Win 11 laptop. I've tried resetting them, and I've tried updating the Bluetooth driver, but I can't get them to appear on the device list at all (I have never successfully paired them, so nothing to roll back to).When I click on "Add Device" I see all sorts of other devices (Xboxes, phones, etc) but not the headphones.
