Windows 11 Right after I downloaded windows 11 my Surface pro 10 went into sleep and never woke up. I honestly don't know what to do. I am taking it to best buy

I installed windows 11 on my Surface pro 10 and it promptly went and has never woken up. What should do short of going to best buy and paying a ton to wake it up. Or God forbid have to buy a new tablet. If it comes to that I will finally succumb and buy an Apple.
