Windows 11 Right click gets frozen for a couple of seconds after the system is idle for some time

Hey all,so i have a bit of an issue(not sure if its just me or windows 11 in general).So i used windows 11 for a little bit over a month and i had some weird issue.Its basically happens when i leave the pc at idle for a while,for example letting the pc download a game or just simply going away while the pc is on .And sometimes after a while when i right click on the desktop the menu doesnt appear,it takes few seconds to do it and it seems to be frozen if i can describe it correctly. But after 3,4 seconds the menu appears and everything is fine and dandy.Now this only happens if the pc is left
