Windows 10 Right click, share, on a file, no dialog box opens up. (win 10)

On my win 10, right click, share, on a file, but no "dialog box" opens up, of where to share said file.As far as I can tell, I have all share components on & active. Win 10 is up to date.Phonelink on my android is installed, up-to-date, and Loads on boot. I use the copy/paste function via Phonelink to Win 10, and vice versus, all the time. Right Click works for all other functions. Thanks for any help.
