Windows 10 Roblox - blocked

We are trying to access Roblox from the laptop, it is coming up with the following message 'you'll need to ask an adult in your family if you can use: roblox ' ' ask by email'. We select the 'ask by email' but I dont receive the said email? This never used to come up? Please can someone advise?
