Windows 11 roblox keeps being unresponsive on some games, even really simple ones and the audio gets corrupted when this happens.

so about 2 months ago i noticed that roblox's audio was messed up on some games, like a high pitch beep, kind of like when you unplug an amp while its on. this didnt really happen before and im using the same computer, then i noticed that the game being slow wasnt because of lag but it was the app opening and closing? while i was still playing without being disconeccted somehow i dont know if this was a windows update that caused it or what but this didnt happen before and im using the same hardware, i tried reseting the computer (for other reasons) and when i factory reset it roblox still did
