Windows 11 Rog ally can't see my ssd

Hi there I have a major issue with installing a recovery onto rog ally running windows 11.I am it everyday now 7 in total when I insert the SSD in the device both new and old SSD get same errorgo to recovery it downloads latest update then give this error message when trying to install hangs at 0 % then "There maybe some errors during the recovery process 0x00840063. Any tips greatly appreciated so the system will recognize the ssd
