I've been using MSI GL65 9SD for about 3 years, and due to frequent plugging and pulling headphone cables the audio port was getting loose. Eventually I lost the port while moving my house, and was forced to use usb-c to 3.5mm cable for jack-less phones. specifically this one (갤럭시 USB C to 3.5mm 이어폰 젠더 : 이츠라이프). However, I can't control volume as elaborately as before. I can't hear anything with volume 2/100, and it stays the same from 04~10, 12~16, 18~22, etc. Is there any way to solve this problem without any hardware changes?fyi The headphone I'm using is AKG K7XX.
