Greetings,
May I know RTM (release to manufacturing) means licensed? I try to google and I get this-This build may be digitally signed that allows users to verify the authenticity of the software that they had purchased. Does this mean RTM means licensed?

Other than that, for MSSQL 2017 Server Standard Edition is there any size limit? As I come across an article saying-
SQL Server 2017 Standard Edition has a 128GB limit (per instance) for the Database Engine, plus an additional 32GB per database for in-memory OLTP, and an additional 32GB per instance for Columnstore index usage. These license limits were the same for SQL Server 2016 with Service Pack 1.

Did I get the idea wrongly? Much appreciate it if someone can clear my doubts. Thanks
