Windows 11 RTX 4070 Driver Crashes Every 20 Minutes (Event ID 153)

I'am experiencing frequent driver crashes while gaming on my new Nvidia RTX 4070. The crashes occur approximately every 20 minutes and display the following error message:"The description for Event ID 153 from source nvlddmkm cannot be found. The component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You caninstall or repair the component on the local computer.If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.The following information was included with the event:\Device\000000baError occurred
