Windows 11 RunDLL Error

I have these error killing me softly: (appear al start and maybe between 15minuts constantly)RunDLLThere was a problem startingC:\Programa Data\SpecBase\PackageTrrnqqer\erahsigmni.dllthe specific module was not found.I just try so much... try to find on registry, but it doesn't appear... that directory was eliminate by the antivirus. Try to fine in startup program but it doesn't work...I do some thing from internet: * - run cmd whith scannow *- try using the **** cleanup and nothing.... so guys if you have another ideas....
