I've tested my surface pro on several games. notably Doom and Quake II. Gzdoom ran well, but I had to set the KEX remasters to use direct3d instead of vulkan in order to display effects correctly. Now on an old opengl game like half-life, I expected it to run like butter on my surface pro, but the game barely kept itself at 30fps. Not just that, the lighting is way off, and no matter whether i use opengl or the software renderer, the pixels don't properly render, instead looking very baked, and oddly filtered even when the texture filtering is switched off.
