Windows 8 Runtime error 217 suddenly happened for a software

Hello,I have a x86 software that worked well until yesterday but today without any change on system , it shows Runtime error 217 when i want to start it and fails to run.What i did:installed and repaired c++ redis (all versions)restarted my PC many timesi cannot reinstall this software because i have not access to installer (it is private software for my company)
