Windows 10 (Russian-speaking) Problem: My System Opens .URL with application called Browser, and i want it to open url either with Google Chrome, or Microsoft Ed

I have tried going to Settings → applications → assosiations with file type, but there wasn't a desired options. Only Browser.(With icon of the House) and Search with Microsoft StoreMaybe it's possible to change with RegEdit? If so, please, provide a guide. I will be very-very thankful.
