Windows 10 s there a way of disabling the USB port so as to turn off the light while it is still plugged in?

Is there a way of disabling the USB port so as to turn off the light while it is still plugged in?I bought a USB hub at the beginning the blue light was turned off. After a few days the light decided to stay on while the computer was shut down. I like to keep it plugged in while the computer is turned off. However the light being on is annoying. Please direct me what setting I should do or there is no option.
