Windows 11 Saving MS Office files scroll scrollbar position in Explorer to top

HelloWhen I open any .docx file then click "Save as" button then every time my scrollbar in Windows Explorer goes to top. It is very annoying. I tried:1) restarting Windows Explorer in Processes in Task Manager2) setting opening windows in separate process in options > view,3) clear files history in options > generalAnd it works only until computer restart. Then it still scrolls to top when clicking "Save as".
