Windows 11 Scaling Issue

So basically, I have a scaling issue somehow that messed up my drag and drop caption font size, as well as the URL size on google chrome. This randomly started happening after turning on my laptop today. When I start my PC with the HDMI plugged in, and use only external display with lid closed on the laptop, there are no scaling issues, only the google chrome URL issue, but when i start using both the displays, the scaling issue appears on drag and drop.
