Windows 10 Screen blinks when using Pen to draw while using office products

Dear all,


I have the following issue with Office apps: when I am using the Draw function the screen starts blinking (goes black for 1-2 seconds) - it happens each time I start to draw something and is the same when using Dell c5518qt Monitor, simple hand-touch/finger and even the mouse. Basically, I cannot use the draw function in Excel, Powerpoint, Word (however, it works perfectly in Paint & OneNote).



Normal operations other than using word & excel is working fine..


pls help me resolve this issue!!!!
