Windows 11 Screen brightness is not changing

This has been a problem since I bought this laptop (hp envy360 2-1) 2 weeks ago. I cant change the screen brightness, it shows on the adjuster when i press the button on keyboard or change it from the settings but it doesnt change in actual. Only when I delete and reinstall the Intel(R) Graphics driver it is fixed but the problem comes back automatically after 10,20 mins. Please tell me how to fix this for good. I have windows 11 installed and it shows no updates in windows update from settings.
