Hello. I've been having issues where the screen brightness dims and brightens when I'm on battery on my laptop, and disabling adaptive brightness via CMD did nothing. I found this other thread that describes the exact same problem, but none of the solutions there are relevant for me or work. I don't have Tobii Eyetracker, Task Scheduler Library > Microsoft > Windows doesn't have a "Display" folder, and I have no Intel HD Graphics Control Panel on my system despite having the same Intel graphics as that poster.
