Windows 11 Screen flickering like a demon after every update

So, I have a pretty consistently buggy computer. It's a dell G16 7630, which I outfitted with some of my own hardware, upgrading the RAM and adding another SSD. However, the bugs on my computer have never been major enough to disrupt my experience, until about 5 months ago(IIRC). Now, after every windows update, my computer screen begins to flicker and flash, like an actual stock-image-esque computer freakout.
