Windows 11 Screen flickering on Windows 11

When I turn my HP laptop on with Windows 11 the screen flickers. I connect it via HDMI to the tv and it looks fine on the tv. I go through and roll back the driver (it is originally on Intel(R) UHD Graphics and then rolls back to Microsoft Basic Display Adaptor) and the screen stops flickering. But then it won’t connect to the TV so I have to update driver which it does quickly and updates back to Intel(R) UHD Graphics. Once updated there is no screen flickering and it connects to the tv fine. But every time I turn off the laptop and then turn it on again I have to go through this process. Is
