Windows 11 Screen fuzzy after wakening from sleep mode, then config errors on restart

My Lenovo T14 laptop using updated Windows 11 has developed problem when starting back up from sleep mode. Intermittently, the awakened screen is fuzzy. When I restart, I see an error message: Configuration error. Restart. On a second restart, everything seems normal again. I can't tell where the problem is, based on troubleshooters and reading MS help files. Clearly, this is some sort of software error, but what kind and where I find it, no information.Any ideas?
