Windows 11 Screen randolmy goes black

Hello! I have some strange kind of problem. I'm using ASUS Z77-A motherboard with AMD Radeon RX550 GPU. When GPU is plugged in second PCIe port (known in manual as PCIe 2.0 x16_2 slot [black] (at 4x mode)) it works perfectly well. But if I plug it in first PCIe port (aka PCIe 3.0/2.0 x16_1 slot [blue] (at 16x mode)) screen randomly goes black, even if i'm using the browser.
