Windows 10 Screen turns dim after 40 seconds, goes black a minute after that. Dell Laptop running Windows 10.

After approximately 40 seconds of inactivity, my laptop’s screen will go dim, and then one minute after dimming the screen will turn off becoming black. However, if I touch the keyboard or touchpad before the screen turns off, the screen will lighten back up to its original brightness. Interestingly, when watching a video on a platform such as YouTube, the screen will not dim after 40 seconds of inactivity.I have turned off adaptive brightness, set the screen and sleep timer to “never,” and edited the power plan.
