Windows 11 Screen will go black in the middle of work, show a battery sign, and then restart computer

Hi, over the last few days this is happening with increasing frequency. I'll be in the middle of using my computer (actively typing or using the mouse) and my screen will suddenly go black. When I press on the keyboard or try to wiggle the mouse after this happens, a green image of a battery with my laptop's current charge will show up in the middle of the screen, but then disappear again. After this my computer either automatically reboots, or the black screen persists and I have to manually reboot it. It happened a few times in the last couple of days, but then today it happened close to 10
