Windows 11 Scroll bars have different look in file explorer compared to rest of the OS

In my pc with windows 11 scroll bars in file explorer and some other programs have a different style compared to other part of the system (ie settings app, edge, etc..)I've checked another pc with the same windows 11 build and scroll bars have the same style in every part of the system, so it must be something on my pc that changed the look of them in file explorer.Does somebody know how can I fix this issue?This is how they look in file explorerand this is how they look in the settings appI would like for them all to look like in the second picture
