Windows 7 Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop is not working eventhough it is connected.jf

So I bought the Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop. I plugged it in, but I am in vain even though Microsoft's mouse and keyboard center could see it, and I uninstalled the drivers a few times and rebooted the PC.I do have win7 on Dell Inspiron n4050 with i5 2nd gen ok, my bad just needed to take the blue plastic inside of the devices that blocked the electricity.
