Windows 11 Sculpt Ergonomic Devices not connecting

Good morning! I have had my sculpt ergonomic devices (keyboard, mouse, number pad) for almost a year now, and the little USB receiver that plugs into my computer has stopped working. I am hoping to either get a new setup or have the little receiver replaced.Thank you!
