Windows 10 sculpt ergonomic keyboard - shift keys stopped working

Hello,The shift keys on my Sculpt Ergonomic Keyboards stopped working suddenly. There's nothing stuck in my keyboard, my computers are updated, and I've tried it on my work computer (desktop) and also connecting it to my laptop, and the issue happens with both. The left shift key doesn't work at all as of today, which means I can't enter any passwords that require capitals, special symbols, etc. and couldn't even get into my work computer this morning with it. The right shift key is even more strange, when I press it without pressing any other keys, I get this: 3333333 - no idea where the 3s a
