Hey folks,I have a question:On Sunday, 9/15/2024, Someone called me from this number (1-425-635-2970), claimed to be a Microsoft customer support agent. And after a series of Qs and As(collected all my information), he provided me with a case# and asked me to wait while he will connecting me with the technical troubleshooting team. I waited for a moment before a lady answered asked me what do you want before hung up .
