Windows 11 search highlight stuck on bingchat button, how to have daily picture back?

it is already several month that the usual daily highlight picture in W11 searchbar that supposed to change everyday is stuck on that annoying bingchat button.also it seems that on some laptop/computer with exactly the same build version (in my case 22621.1992) the usual daily picture is back, or was never replaced by permanent ugly bingchat logo. some are thinking it is related to hardware, because this problem seems to remain mostly on AMD computers, when computers with others CPU brand have this problem solved with moment 3.What i have to do, to have the event pictures that change everyday
