Windows 11 Second Display wont work

Since updating Windows 11 to version 23H2 my second display wont activate, its recognized and detected but wont activate. I have tried resetting my cache in the amd software then restarting the computer, disconnected and reconnected the display, tried amd eyeinfinity(which is essentially stretching the display to the other monitor), but nothing worked. I have a AMD Ryzen 7 5800x, Gigabyte X570s, and a AMD radeon RX 7900XT graphics card.
