Windows 11 Second monitor going into saving power mode from startup

I have a second monitor that I connect to my laptop and I have been using it for a month. The problem is that suddenly now when I turn on the computer the second monitor goes instantly into saving mode and the computer is not detecting the second monitor. I have tried using other HDMI cables and that didn't work. I connected a TV to the computer and the computer detected the TV. I also connected another device to the monitor and that other device detected it. All with the same HDMI cable, so I know that the cable or the HDMI ports are not the problem.
