Inbox is missing all my messages

Has anyone had this issue, can anyone offer a fix????This is on Windows 11. Intel Graphic Driver UHD 620, there is an error in the event log:Device PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_5917&SUBSYS_07E61028&REV_07\3&11583659&0&10 had a problem starting.
