Windows 11 "Security center" under services (local) not found

I have pre-installed win11 and today I got a notification saying windows security center can't be started and "Security center" under services (local) not found. I recently reset my laptop about 3 days ago. And I have activated Norton Security. I used cmd to "net start wscsvc" and i got this 'More help is available by typing NET HELPMSG 2185.'
