Windows 10 Security Intelligence Update for Microsoft Defender Antivirus - KB2267602 (Version 1.345.732.0) failing causing Realtime protection to stay off

I recently did the windows update from 16 August 2021 and I noticed my Windows Defender real-time protection is turned off, and no matter what I do it stays off. I checked Updates and Security and the above-mentioned Intelligence update fails when it starts installing. I do not have any third-party antiviruses.I tried Dism/Online/RestoreHealth and SFC/scannow. Also inserting DisableAntivirus and DisableSpyware in the registry with a value of 0. So far every solution I found does not work and it is not safe for me to use the internet with protection off.Please help me if anyone knows how to fix
