Windows 10 Security Threats Under Virus & threat protection and Protection History

Hey there MSSW

I have Windows 10 Home 21H1 OS Build 19043.2251.Under Virus & Threat Protection there is PUA:Win32/Solvusoft. How do I remove this without me personally touching registries? I do not want to manually touch registries. I already deleted the file download that triggered this. Under Protection History, it says twice “This app has been blocked” but there is an item that states”Potentially unwanted app found”.Normally under the not so olden days you can just right-click under Protection History and delete the unwanted item(s). But there is no way of doing that in my current version of Windows
