Windows 11 Security Update KB5009566 VPN Connection Issue

Hi,I have realized that the KB5009566 is creating problems with VPN connections and many users have problems. Once uninstalled the update, all works fine but it then automatically be installed again. This is getting boring and inefficient. Is there a way to skip this update or maybe block it from being installed ?
